You just call the phone service, then verify your identity, and say “New locker”. Then VOICESAFE will ask you: “Which label do you chose for this locker?” You may record a label which is just sufficient enough go you to remember what all is about (e.g. ”my PIN number of the debit card of my favorite bank”) while avoiding details (suach as the name of the bank itself) to increase security. Then VOICESAFE asks you to continue: “And now continue with the contents of the secret!“ In our example you continue with the PIN number). Ready! Yes. You can delete a secret and record a new one.
When VOICESAFE reads out the labels of its lockers carrying your secrets just say “Delete” instead of “Back“, “Forward“ or “Open“. Then this very locker will be erased.
Use the command “Repeat” to recall the contents of a locker again.
When calling for the very first time VOICESAFE will ask you to record a voice sample. Please speak the passphrase “My voice is my passport“. You will be asked to record this very passphrase three times in a row. Please speak in regular volume and do not whisper. Whispering does not allow our system to learn the broad variety of criteria shaping your individual voice profile which are necessary to verify your identity later on. Please make sure to be in a quiet environment for this recording. The rest area of a busy highway or a railway station are not the ideal environments. When the recordings are completed VOICESAFE starts to analyze the, and generate your personal voice profile. Off you go!
